For years I have been developing my own teaching pedagogy. In 2018, I embarked on a new teaching experience. I made the switch from from having my own classroom as a teacher and moving into Instructional Coach. As I grew in this position over the year, I began to develop an even stronger pedagogy. The teachers and students that I work with are amazing. They have pushed me to be an even better teacher. Our school recently moved to a 1:1 school. This move has been amazing and struggling at the same time.
These struggles led me to believe that teaching today was changing at an ever rapid pace. This pushed me in search of a new avenue of learning. My search for something led me to Lamar University. As I started looking further and further into the program, I started to fall in love with the ideas that I was seeing. So in the summer of 2019, I started my journey in the master program Digital Learning and Leadership (DLL) at Lamar University.

The program has opened up my eyes to more possibilities then I could have imagined. Stay tuned for new experiences that you can view in my blog and My Lamar Experience page.
