Demonstrates ability to enhance academic performance and support for the implementation of the school district’s student achievement goals.
The teacher:
a. Provides multiple forms of evidence of student learning and growth to students, families, and staff.

Reflection:
Providing feedback to both students and families is easier now with technology. In example #1 I have provided a communication log that provided the parent with some information pertaining to that student’s performance. During Covid using Email was key in communicating not only with parents but also with students. The second piece of evidence is a screenshot of a screencastify video. I try to record my message to students so that they can see what I am talking about and hear it. I feel as though providing feedback through video gives the students a deeper understanding of what I am looking for and what they can improve in.
b. Implements strategies supporting student, building, and district goals.
c. Uses student performance data as a guide for decision making.

During class, a number of formative assessment data forms have been collected that help in making decisions towards student learning. This is an online platform that I use that provided me with data that can be utilized to see if students are developing the proper skills to move on. I can also use the information to create groups and reteach those that need a little more time or help.
d. Accepts and demonstrates responsibility for creating a classroom culture that supports the learning of every student.
e. Creates an environment of mutual respect, rapport, and fairness.
f. Participates in and contributes to a school culture that focuses on improved student learning.
g. Communicates with students, families, colleagues, and communities effectively and accurately.
