• Adheres to board policies, district procedures, and contractual obligations.

I meet the requirements set forth by our school board by creating Sub Plans for when I am going to be gone. This helps those that are involved in providing detailed notes as to how the class should be conducted. Along with sub notes, I also provide a folder with all appropriate documents.

Collaborates with students, families, colleagues, and communities to enhance student learning.

Each year we have parent-teacher conferences. This year we tried collaborative conferences between parents and teachers. Here is a copy of the teachers that I collaborated with to help this student enhance his learning not only in my classroom but in others as well.
