Here is a copy of my collaboration log. Each week we work in different collaboration groups. During this collaboration, we work on improving student learning, analyzing student data, and much more.

  • Applies research, knowledge, and skills from professional development opportunities to improve practice.
  • Establishes and implements professional development plans based upon the teacher’s needs aligned to the Iowa teaching standards and district/building student achievement goals.

Here is my Individual Career Plan that is required by the state. This year I created two goals that aligned with our building’s goals and district goals. Each year I work to grow professionally and at the end of each year, I reflect on how I have worked to meet the goals of my ICDP.

Provides an analysis of student learning and growth based on teacher created tests and authentic measures as well as any standardized and district-wide tests.
